Thank you for shopping with Purchasing 4 My Cause! We appreciate your order and intend to do everything we can to ensure that you are delighted! All orders are shipped via FedEx out of our York, Maine Fulfillment Facility within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Shipping dates may vary due to holiday schedules or Purchasing 4 My Cause being closed due to weather. You will receive a notice upon shipping, and can call us at anytime with questions related to your order.

Our friends at FedEx remind us that Expedited Shipments (2nd Day and Overnight) must be placed by 11:00 a.m. EST, Monday - Friday. If you need something delivered on Saturday please contact us with your order and we will process it accordingly. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
The cost for shipping is based upon your total order amount. Use the table below as a quick reference for calculating shipping charges. All of our fresh entrees from Hancock Gourmet Lobster are strongly encouraged to be shipped FedEx Two-Day or Overnight and a surcharge for special shipping containers has been added to each Hancock offering to ensure that your selection is delivered fresh and as planned.
Note: Shipping does not include international rates and/or duty fees. Please contact our office for freight amount. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may require additional shipping charges.

FedEx Ground Delivery orders received before 8 AM EST will ship out that day depending on availability of the items or unless you have specified a future ship date and depending on your location. Orders received after 8 AM will begin to be processed the following business day. Please refer to the shipping map above, but in summary Standard Ground will take 1- 6 business days.
FedEx 2-Day Air orders received by Thursday at 8 AM EST will ship out that day depending on availability of the items or unless you have specified a future ship date. Orders received after Thursday at 8 AM will be shipped out the following Monday.
FedEx Overnight orders received by Friday at 8 AM EST will ship out that day depending on availability of the items or unless you have specified a future ship date. Orders received after Friday at 8 AM will be shipped out the following Monday.
When do we ship your perishables?
All Purchasing 4 My Cause perishable or frozen products are shipped FedEx Ground in New England and Two-Day Service Monday through Thursday in temperature controlled shipping boxes. For FedEx Ground in New England the shipments will arrive next day before 5PM and for Two Day the arrival times are the same. The recipient is responsible for the pick-up of the package if not available at the time of delivery. Purchasing 4 My Cause does not take any responsibility for products unable to be delivered more than 24 hours after the original delivery time.
